I bridge the gap between complex enterprise systems and the people who use them—leading with empathy, clarity, and an appetite for challenges.
I am a lifelong explorer. I completed a Study Abroad Program at the Universidad de Salamanca🇪🇸—one of the oldest universities in the world! My career has since taken me through internships and consulting roles across Pennsylvania, Texas, California, and my native Puerto Rico🇵🇷. Recently, I graduated with an Executive MBA from the Universitat de Barcelona in July 2025.
I specialize in Digital Transformation—specifically in Change Management. My background has taught me one absolute truth: the most powerful software is useless if the people using it feel left behind. Throughout complex technical implementations, I step in to steer program management, listen to stakeholder fears, and turn high-stress migrations into smooth operational realities.
I listen first. My superpower is hearing the unspoken frustrations of stakeholders and addressing their real fears about systemic change, ensuring they feel supported, not overwhelmed.
I view program management like hiking: you have to anticipate the terrain. I identify adoption roadblocks before they happen to guarantee a safe and seamless go-live.
I am constantly seeking to be challenged. Whether executing deep architectural design work or commanding a stakeholder summit, I pivot to wherever the project needs momentum.
I am driven by curiosity. When I'm not architecting change management programs, I am likely out exploring, recharging, and looking for the next great challenge.
