According to industry data, the human element remains the most significant vulnerability in corporate cybersecurity defenses.

This rapid-development portfolio project was engineered specifically to showcase capabilities in Articulate Storyline and Gamification. While the core content is kept concise for demonstration purposes, it effectively illustrates how targeted, scenario-based enablement can bridge the gap between abstract security policies and tangible behavioral change.

Instructional Design Philosophy

Effective learning experiences begin with empathy and active listening. Before creating any training asset, I conduct thorough requirements gathering to ensure the learning strategy directly addresses the root business problem. I structure my development process using the ADDIE model to maintain rigorous instructional standards, align human-centric adoption through the ADKAR change management framework, and design with the Kirkpatrick Model in mind to guarantee measurable business impact.
