The Challenge

El Trotamundos operates two distinct organizations: the character's entertainment booking business and a philanthropic foundation with an expansive international footprint. Since 2008, the foundation has executed complex humanitarian missions—from emotional healing brigades in Puerto Rican oncology hospitals to disaster relief in Haiti, and the construction of housing in Bánica, Dominican Republic.

Despite their massive global impact, their operational infrastructure had not scaled with their mission. Communications with international donors were handled via personal Gmail accounts without a centralized CRM, and the foundation lacked a system for automated, recurring donations. This technological bottleneck limited their capacity to manage bookings efficiently and securely scale their philanthropic donor relations.

The Solution & Change Management

A comprehensive digital transformation strategy was designed to separate the two business digital entities while modernizing their operations. Emphasizing a gentle learning curve for the two-person management team, the following interventions were executed:
