The Challenge: Building Scalable Infrastructure

Fundación Trotamundos possessed a highly active social media community but lacked the digital infrastructure needed to capture and retain supporters at scale. Previous operations relied heavily on manual data handling, which created a bottleneck for long-term growth and organizational sustainability.

The core objective was to design and launch a donor-facing website with an embedded acquisition funnel, heavily optimized for a two-person team with absolutely no technical staff.
